There has never been a time when I wasn’t in the mood for pizza, especially the deep dish kind! Do you agree? I found Simple Mills Almond Flour Pizza Dough Mix and had to give it a try. This is not a sponsored post, I just thoroughly enjoyed this gluten-free pizza crust.

Pizza is such a quick and easy dinner idea. Feel free to change up the toppings based on your tastebuds. I used what we already had in the pantry - marinara sauce, vegan mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and green bell pepper.

Vegan and Gluten-free Pan Pizza

Oven-Safe or Cast Iron Skillet

Simple Mills Almond Flour Pizza Dough Mix

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Marinara

Red Onion

Cherry Tomatoes

Green Bell Pepper

Vegan Mozzerella

Preheat oven to recommended temperature. Prepare pizza dough mix. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil, and place the pizza dough into it. Press down on the dough until it’s spread out along the bottom of the skillet. Bake for recommended amount of time. Take the pizza dough out of the oven, then add marinara sauce and desired toppings. Bake for the additional recommended time. Enjoy!
