Vegan Pigs in a Blanket Recipe

I think you’re going to be pleasantly surprised with how much these taste like the real thing! I found this recipe on TikTok and changed it up a bit based on the flavors I like. They remind me so much of my childhood! And who doesn’t love a fun little veganized recipe for the Football season (if you’re into that kinda of thing)? Vegan Pigs in a Blanket

You’ll need:

Vegan Croissants (from the refrigerator section)

Baby Carrots

Veggie Stock

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Paprika

1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/3 Cup Tamari

1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke


How To:

In a large pot, boil the carrots in veggie stock and add in all of your spices, Tamari, ACV, and liquid smoke. Cover and simmer for 20 mins or until soft. Drain and let them cool. Lay out the croissants and cut them in half. Roll up the baby carrots and bake for 10 - 15 minutes on 375° Fahrenheit. Enjoy!
